Zack: They are getting panicked.

Fred: Good.

Zack: What do you mean good?

Fred: Problem, Reaction, Solution. Standard really.

Zack: Yeah, yeah, I get the order out of chaos bit - but where is the order?

Fred (smiling): No customer asks the waitress for gratuity when ordering their food, they just expect it as part of the service. It is interwoven into the process. The waitress cannot serve what the cook has not yet made and nobody that I know of wants an undercooked meal... patience is the key to virtue and the virtue of the system and team is at steak here (no pun intended). You must trust the process - you must trust the plan.

Zack: That's the problem Fred; what plan?

Fred: I guess you'll have to wait to find out.
